FIRST, is the corner of the house, we want to fill the cavity with concrete all the way to the top where the rim joist used to be. Thus must be able to pour to the top and get flush with the exterior of house so we can put weep screed and stucco back on. Will ad Xypex which we have to the mix to make it water proof.
2nd: connect rebar to the existing slab and build out metal to accept new concrete to replace the removed slab. Must know how to mix the color so it will match existing color. Also to set some bolts in the concrete so we can attached a joist to side by gutter when dry.
